It’s important to remember that events of this nature hold excellent potential for establishing and continuing business growth, over and above what you can achieve over the weekend. It’s not only about making a sale, it’s about making a customer.
Accommodation for Out of Town Exhibitors : the Ashley Hotel, 106 Mandeville St, Riccarton, offer expo attendees a very good/special price. They are only 3-5 minutes drive from the expo event. Where?
The expo will be held over a 2 day weekend, indoors at Pioneer Stadium, 75 Lyttelton Street, Somerfield, Christchurch 8024. This Events Centre is a well known venue, centrally located, and all under one roof with plenty of space and free car parking.
What does it cost?
Our philosophy is to keep the cost as low as we possibly can to enable a wide range of people to participate.
Exhibitor Stand prices start as low as $349.00 incl GST for the weekend and are detailed on the Site Floor Plan, giving Size, Price and Availability.
An Opportunity to Present a Workshop
Exhibitors are invited to present a 45 to 50 minute talk or workshop, at no additional cost. We particularly welcome experiential and educational workshops where people can walk away having learnt something new that will enrich their lives.

Set-up
Set-up is from 3pm until 8pm on the Friday and again 8am – 9:15am on the Saturday morning. If these times do not suit you, please let us know and we’ll see if we can make alternative arrangements with you.
Opening Ceremony
We will have an opening ceremony at 9:15 am on Saturday morning.
All stallholders are invited to join us at this ceremony to raise the energy levels and begin the expo in a positive way.
Current expo exhibitors have the first right of renewal, to rebook their Stand for the next up coming expo event, using a re-booking form. This needs to be completed and returned within a month, following the expo event.
If you are requesting power, tables, and/or chairs, please add this to your Online Booking Form.
Payment Information
An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your booking and a non refundable deposit of $100.00 is payable
The balance of the invoice is payable one month out from the Expo date
Payment details will be shown on the invoice
